Today I went to the gym to get an upper-body workout in. I did incline chest presses, cable flies, dips, plate presses, lat pulldown, rows, barbell bicep curls, and hammer curls. After the workout, I did a long stretching session for my lower body and into an infrared sauna. Feeling healthy and strong!
