FIGHT PREPARATION

Usually we set goals for ourselves that we know we can achieve. But in doing so, are we really pushing our limits? No. This is because of the fear of failure. As John Kavanagh says, “You never fail, you either win or learn.

When I don’t have a goal ahead, I fall back into a rut. So this is me, setting a new goal for myself. I believe that if you don’t have a little anxiety about the goals you want to achieve, you are setting goals that are too small.
