Starting the training with a game element is always fun. The music is on, and we play a form of tag. The goal is to shoot for the legs of your partner. When you touch one of their legs, he/she needs to do 5 push-ups. The humidity was high, so we got a good sweat going. After the game, we went straight into 30 minutes of sparring. Rounds of 3 minutes with 1-minute rest in between.
To finish the training we almost always do core exercises. Today we did 50 straight sit-ups, then 50 to our right side and 50 left. In between, you hold for 10 seconds with your hands and feed above the ground. If you do it right, you’ll feel it burning!
