The grind continues! Today was chest day. I went back to the gym I went to yesterday. I did incline dumbbell presses, dips, cable flies, chest press, overhead tricep extensions, and bicep curls. To end the workout I did a 3k run at the strip. Feeling strong and healthy AF!
