A couple of days without much sleep feels really heavy. It’s weird how I felt really strong yesterday and a bit weak today. But I got the work done! Today was back and biceps. I did pull-ups, lat pulldowns, cable rows, low row machine, bicep curls, and hammer curls. I ended the workout with a 2k run along the strip. It feels good to end the workout with a good sweat!
