Starting the week off strong again. Monday morning = heavy leg exercises. I warmed up with a reverse deadmill walk of 5 minutes and some bodyweight lunges. Then I did 5 sets of squats and Romanian deadlifts and weighted lunges. To finish the workout I did a single-arm kettlebell carry (5 minutes per arm). A good burner for the core.
