A strong workout to finish the year 2022. Push day: Bench presses, incline dumbbell presses, weighted dips, cable flies, kettlebell swings, offset farmer walks, overhead presses, tricep push-downs, overhead tricep extensions, and lu raises. After training, I had a good sauna session.
