Randori is a form of sparring used in self-defense arts such as jiujitsu and judo. This is always called out by our trainer when it’s time to spar. This time, that moment was right after the warm-up. A good long session of sparring. Sparring is like a reality check, you can practice techniques endlessly but during sparring, you find out where you stand. It was tough but good training.
