Yesterday evening I did some long stretching to try and heal the shoulder. The pain is gone but I didn’t try benching yet. So we will see how my shoulder is feeling later in the week. For now: MMA training. We did some warming up on the bag. After that some ground and pound. After that kick and punch combinations, a single leg sweep take-down, and an armbar submission. A lot of new guys joined today so we sparred light to finish off the training.
