Back to my trusted kettlebells after yesterday’s half marathon. I wanted to see how running again felt after yesterday. So I warmed up with a slow 5k run and ended my workout with kettlebell exercises. I did clean and presses, push-ups, thrusters, squats, and swings. Still feeling sore but healthy.
