This morning I woke up incredibly tired and broke. Yesterday I ate very poorly and I think that’s why. I was unmotivated to exercise today. I pulled myself out of bed to do a leg workout. I did squats, Bulgarian split squats, lunges, truck jumps, jumping lunges, Romanian deadlifts, and box jumps.
