Kickstart your week! I got an early morning back workout in. I did pull-ups, lat pull-downs, barbell rows, standing cable rope lat-pushdowns, EZ bar curls, cable curls, and incline dumbbell bicep curls. After the workout, I had a 20-minute infrared sauna session. Go get it!
