Pull day today. I did pull-ups, barbell rows, lat pull-downs, and a superset of cable curls into barbell curls. I see pull-ups as my weakest point. I started to get stronger at it. Today i did 5 sets: 10, 8, 8, 6, 10. Unassisted. NICE!
