The start of the 365 challenge. My first workout consisted of practicing some kick and punch combinations with a partner. After the kicks and punches, we moved on to drills for take-downs and submissions. The last 20 minutes we started sparring in which we rotate sparring partners in rounds of 3 minutes with a half minute rest.
