Today I did a workout with a friend of mine from the military. 2,5 hours of hard work, squats, overhead presses, weighted pull-ups, incline bench presses, lu raises, tricep extensions, bicep curls, burpees, sit-ups, and kettlebell wood chops. After the workout, I got this bracelet as a present from him. Valuable day.
