Push day it is. I did bench presses, incline dumbbell presses, dips, cable flies, and overhead presses. I felt a little soreness in my left rear delt during the overhead presses today. After that, I did a superset of tricep pushdowns into tricep dips on a bench. I finished the workout with some ab training, kettlebell uppercuts, and Russian twists.
