Today I felt stronger than ever. I did a 1,5/2 hour chest, tricep, and bicep workout. I did an incline dumbbell press, medicine ball diamond push-ups, flat dumbbell press, plate press, fly machine, and cable flies for the chest. Then I did two supersets for the arms: hammer curls into skull crushers and barbell curls into tricep extensions.
