A workout in a hotel gym. I’ve seen some hotel gyms, and this one stood out. There were plenty of options, so I got a good workout in. I did lunges, single-arm carries, smith machine squats, leg presses, Bulgarian split squats and for a finisher, I did rounds of box jumps into wood chops into kettlebell swings.
