Day 2 in Berlin. I went to a gym with my friend. The gym really had such an underground look. We trained back and arms in a nice intense workout. We did barbell rows, seated rows, and lat pulldowns for the back. And two supersets for the arms. The first: side raises, bicep barbell curls, and incline bicep curls. And the second: tricep extensions into tricep pushdowns.
