I felt weak coming into this training but felt amazing afterward. We started with some warming up on the bag and some ground and pound on a kick pad. After that, we practiced kick and punch combinations, takedowns, and a kneebar submission. The training ended with 5 rounds of sparring. Everything worked today. My stand-up was good and I finished with a submission every round. Onto the next!
