Today I did a fast leg and core workout. I rushed through the exercises. Minimal rest, maximum output! I did squats, lunges, box jumps, farmer walks, squat jumps, jumping lunges, wood chops, Russian twists, and sit-up to press. All the weight that was used during the workout were kettlebells. Tomorrow morning I’m leaving early for a vacation to Greece with my girlfriend. So my next workout is around the corner (tonight).
