Lifting gets more and more fun. There is always more to learn. I signed up at the gym and want to do strength training more regularly. At the gym, I can do heavier lifts than at home. Today I trained my legs and shoulders. Squats, lunges, sled push, box jumps, farmer walks, wood chops, overhead press, and lu raises. Feeling strong!
