Today’s MMA workout started with a warm up of several rounds, push-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, sit-ups and jumping jacks. Then we drilled kick and punch combinations. To finish off, a good 20 minutes of sparring. In rounds of 3 minutes with 30 sec rest. Today felt good!
