I took this photo this morning. I use the kettlebell to break the ice because it keeps getting thicker and thicker. A cold plunge a day keeps the doctor away, I strongly believe that! Every morning is a challenge to get in the ice-cold water. BUT WHAT A BOOST OF ENERGY!
In the evening I had a solid chest workout. I did bench presses, dumbbell shoulder presses, chest presses, weighted dips, incline dumbbell presses, and incline flies.
