Running and lifting: 5k run on low heart rate and push day. I did incline dumbbell presses, weighted dips, incline seated chest flies, mid-chest flies, offset farmer walks, overhead presses, tricep extensions, and lu raises. Finished off with 30 minutes of the sauna.
