It’s 32 degrees outside. The sun is burning like crazy. But those factors are all out of your control. When you focus on what you can control, you’ll live a happier life. You can apply this concept even to the smallest things in life. What I did have control over today is how I performed my exercises. I did 4 major leg exercises. All exercises consisted of 4 sets. I performed the exercises slowly and in a controlled manner. What is important is that you own the movement. After the 4 sets, I did some weighted core exercises with a kettlebell: uppercuts, off-set deadlifts, and wood chops. Feeling strong and healthy!
