MMA training felt good! I feel like I’m becoming better and better at it. I’m making fewer mistakes, I’m feeling more confident in my striking and I stay calmer on the ground. I think my coach helped a lot with teaching me to be more aggressive during sparring. Stepping forward and setting more kicks and combinations up. Today I felt strong. I know in MMA improvement comes with ups and downs but if I look back, I improved ALOT in the long run! NICE!
