Today I did a chest day at the gym. Incline dumbbell press, dips, dumbbell shoulder press, chest press, a superset of cable fly’s (mid-chest) into skull crushers, and a superset of cable fly’s (upper-chest) into tricep dips. To finish the workout I did a set of push-ups to failure. Feeling strong!
