I went to the gym this morning for a long full-body workout. The workout consisted of: squats, a superset of lunges into sled pushes into offset farmer walks, incline dumbbell presses, chest presses, cable rows, barbell rows, overhead presses into lu raises, and last but not least, cable flies. After the workout, I did a recovery session. 3 Times 10 minutes of sauna into a cold shower. Feeling strong mentally and physically after this morning!
