You don’t need much equipment to get a good workout in. All I needed today was 2 kettlebells of 16kg each. I did incline push-ups, decline push-ups, diamond push-ups, kettlebell press, kettlebell swings, clean and presses, kettlebell Russian twists, and around the world with a kettlebell. Go get your work in!
