During this mma training we focused on technique and balance. We practiced take downs, butterfly guard sweeps and balance exercises. In sparring, I got out and started punching on the punching bag. My ankle still feels uncomfortable when kicking and turning on the ball of my foot. I hope to be able to spar again on Friday. Other than that, I feel strong and conditionally good.
