A solid Friday evening MMA training. Kick and punch drills, takedowns into submissions, and some sparring. There is one rule during training. If someone asks for one more round, you always say yes. I did a few grappling rounds with my trainer after practice, which is basically me tapping every few minutes because he is so skillful. But it’s part of the game and the learning process.
