Today I did an upper body workout. Back, chest, arms, and shoulders. For the back and chest, I did 2 exercises each, consisting of both 6 sets. And for the arms and shoulders, I did supersets. After the training, I went straight into the sauna. I feel so energetic when I step out of the sauna and into the cold shower. It’s a dopamine hit and an energy boost!
