For today’s workout, I did sort of a circuit. 6 Rounds of 16 box jumps, 16 lunges (8 per leg), 16 push-ups, 16 kettlebell swings, 16 tricep dips, and 16 kettlebell cleans and presses (8 per arm). Got me sweating like hell in this warm weather. Great feeling of happiness afterward.
