Today i did some light recovery stuff. I did a long active stretching session to start the workout. My injured ankle is feeling worse, compared to yesterday. After the stretching i went into some jump rope to test my ankle and get warm. Last but not least i ended the workout with 20 minutes of high intensity shadow boxing.
