Every Friday is an open practice, so the mats are available for everyone. Today we were with 3 people. We practiced some punches and kicking combinations which led to a takedown and an armbar submission. We also practiced the escape on that one. After the technique part, we did some sparring. I had some good offensive moves and a good triangle choke but I also walked into some stupid jabs and kicks. I feel like I become better and better. Training hard feels good and gives me a great feeling afterward!
