Today I trained my legs, arms, and shoulders. I did squats (low weight, high reps), walking lunges, sled pushes, and hip thrusters (they help me with MMA a lot) for my legs. And for arms, I did overhead barbell presses, tricep extensions, bicep curls with a barbell, and incline dumbbell curls.
