Each stick you see represents 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats. This workout is called Murph. Murph consists of 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air sqauts and concluding with a 1 mile run. And all this with a 20-pound weighted vest. I didn’t use the vest, so I did a lightened version. Today I was the least motivated to do my workout. I felt weak and tired and the workout was tough, but I did it anyway. You can’t let it depend on your motivation to exercise yes or no. You have to build in habits that you can fall back on. It feels great now that I’ve did it anyway. Go for it!
