This evening a had a good upper-body session at a home gym. I did chest press, incline dumbbell press, barbell rows, and dumbbell rows. For the triceps, I did a superset of sitting overhead tricep extension into dips. For the biceps, I did incline bicep curls into sitting hammer curls. I notice that I can do my exercises higher in weight more and more often. Also, my form remains good and I can perform the exercise in a controlled manner. GOOD!
