Most of my workouts are outside. Being outside and working out clears my mind, and it’s also good for your overall health. I don’t like to be in the climate-controlled gyms where everyone sits on their phone in between sets. Just focus on the workout. Today’s weather was shit. I love it when the weather is shit! It gives me motivation to just do the workout. If you focus on what you can control (your workout) and not on the things that are beyond your control (the weather) you will grow. Today’s workout was a combination of strength training and fitness. 2k run, dips, push ups, kettle bell swings, box jumps, bicep curls, dumbell fly’s and a burpee finisher. Go get it done!
