A lot of work for the core. I did squats, lunges, and Bulgarian split squats and besides that a variety of heavy carries. Doing carries helps with stabilizing the lower back and core muscles. After my work-out, i did a 20-minute sauna session. I try to hit 60 minutes of sauna per week. And for cold plunges i do 11 minutes per week.
