In today’s MMA training we focussed a lot on takedowns. One by one we did several takedowns on the rest of the group. This way of training makes you have to be creative and not reach for your safe zone (the takedowns you have mastered well). After that, we did some combinations and a couple of rounds of sparring. Feeling strong!
