This morning I got out of bed at 5:30 to do my workout of the day. Sometimes you have to make time and do what you have to do. I don’t have an opportunity to exercise further in the day. By getting up early, you start the day powerful and full of energy. My workout consisted of a 7 kilometer run along the canal, push-ups, airsquats and pull-ups. Get after it!
