Today I did a full-body workout. Lunges, Bulgarian split squats, rows, Lat pull down, incline dumbbell press, and cable flies. After that, I did a 30 min lower body stretching routine, because I felt kind of stiff from yesterday’s training. To finish the workout I went into the sauna for 20 minutes. Feeling fresh.
