In MMA, you learn the most from drills. Constant repetition of important moves and elements. You do this with a training partner. Today we practiced guard passes and escapes. I felt that I was pretty low on my energy during the training. I notice that my diet really has a direct impact on my energy levels and my mental focus. I feel this more than ever now that I am doing this challenge and thus exercising so often. Interesting! The workout was cool and I am still constantly learning new things.
