Tomorrow I am going on vacation to Mallorca for 4 days. Therefore, today I did an extra long workout. A full-body workout consisting of: Lunges, Bulgarian split squats, pull-ups, rows, dips, cable flies, lateral dumbbell raises, face pulls, bicep curls and tricep extensions. After the workout went into a 20 minute sauna. Make sure you earn your rest!
